The story
Named after two grandmothers, Betty and June
Betty June Flowers is Laura's studio, named for her two nans, the women who gave her the love of flowers in the first place. It began as a stall on Wood Street Indoor Market and grew into its own space at the back of Biba Browns, a few doors down.
Over twenty years on, it's still a family affair: every bouquet is gathered and tied by hand, built around the British seasons and the small independent growers Laura would rather buy from than a supermarket. Flowers, she'll tell you, are meant to bring the neighbourhood a bit of joy.

Where do I collect from?
Betty June Flowers is based inside Biba Browns on Wood Street, at 163 Wood Street, Walthamstow, London E17 3LX, a couple of minutes from Wood Street station. It's best to arrange a collection time when you order so your flowers are ready and freshly made.
What sort of flowers do you make?
Hand-tied bouquets, seasonal vase arrangements, funeral and sympathy tributes, and bespoke made-to-order pieces for all occasions. Everything is put together by hand and built around the British seasons, so the exact flowers change through the year, and that's half the charm.
Can I ask for particular colours or flowers?
Absolutely, that's how most orders start. Send a photo for inspiration or just describe the mood and colours, and Laura will match it as closely as the season allows. If a specific flower isn't in season she'll suggest a beautiful alternative rather than fly something in.

How much notice do you need?
For a standard bouquet, a day or two is usually plenty; for larger or bespoke pieces and tributes, a little more notice helps Laura source exactly the right flowers. Around busy dates like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day it's always worth ordering early. Drop a message and she'll tell you what's realistic.
